With over 4,500 delegates attending - the training events catered for everyone from the companies senior leadership team, store managers, branch employees to members of the training and development team. Taking place over a three week period, TBA delivered 31 events across 13 venues throughout the UK.
Day One was held at the Birmingham Metropole, Day Two at smaller regional locations and Day Three at the ExCeL, London. The shows consisted of various presentations from the senior leadership team with up to 16 breakout sessions in the afternoons and a Million Pound Drop game show spin-off developed to add some energy and enthusiasm post-lunch.
