During the last week of July TBA produced the Global Final of Diageo Reserve WORLD CLASS. This is the industry’s most prestigious and respected mixology competition and this year it returned to it’s homeland, Great Britain. TBA led the delivery of the creative concept ‘DISCOVER’ where bar tenders, guests, media and consumers were encouraged to discover the world’s best cocktails, served by the world’s best bar tenders.
Last Thursday, a few TBAers swapped the tube for a pair of trainers to participate in #run2workday. Taking place at the beginning Thursday of every month, workers across the capital are being encouraged to trade in their Oyster cards and run to the office, raising money for the Evening Standard’s Dispossessed Fund.
On Saturday, TBA was onsite at Wembley preparing The FA Club for the most exciting game of the football season – the FA Cup Final, where Arsenal got their name back on much sought-after cup with a thrilling extra-time victory over Hull City.
TBA descended on Battersea Evolution for the second time last week to attend another prestigious Awards ceremony - The BT Sports Industry Awards (SIA). The annual event rewards the most creative, innovative and commercially successful work from the UK Sport Industry over the last year.
Another busy weekend for team TBA who were at the IndigO2 on Sunday 13th April for the Tusker Twende Kazi London finale. This marked the end of a remarkable journey one bottle of Tusker had made from Nairobi to London.
On Tuesday 8th April at 05:30, TBA entered the Gherkin to begin the build for another Club Wembley Breakfast Q&A.
Last week saw the return of Confex, and with it a whole host of amazing venues and suppliers to the events industry showing off their latest products and innovations. Katie, Rebecca and Amy headed down to on Thursday morning to find some great new ideas to liven up our events in 2014!
On Tuesday we pulled the ‘The Dugout’ out of the shadows and into the limelight yet again for another breakfast event at Wembley Stadium. The doors opened to the Club Wembley members at 8am with fresh smoothies, pastries and fresh fruit ready for their arrival.
Yesterday we opened our doors to the FA Club for the first time this year for England vs Denmark’s international friendly at Wembley. After a few months break over Christmas / New Year and a three day build in the stadium's Great Hall, we were well and truly ready for our 550 guests to descend on the VIP hospitality area, designed and produced by TBA.
TBA headed to the UK's biggest speaker bureau JLA this morning to hear about ‘thinking differently’.
Greeted with coffee and croissants (always welcome on a Tuesday morning!), we then listened to three short lectures. The BBC Arts Editor and the creator of Spitting Image, Blackadder, Mr Bean and QI joined the comedy actor and communications consultant to stretch our imagination, tell stories and think like an artist.
A highly recommended way to get the creative juices flowing at the beginning of the day!
Thanks to @jlaLIVE for having us!
