was created for their top investors and analyst’s to achieve just this.
The majority of these activities were undertaken in a working barn that TBA had converted into an unrecognizably sleek, authentic and immersive event space.
The day concluded at the Co-op (a facility for coffee processing and distribution) where delegates were given tours and tastings. After such a long day the coffee was the perfect caffeine boost to see them energetically through the evening’s activities where they were treated to local cuisine and entertainment at one of the region’s
most traditional Brazilian restaurants.
With temperatures rising to 38
degrees, delegates were directed into a fully air conditioned structure for crop specific presentations and refreshments. The delegates were split into groups for
interactive, immersive field presentations.
The field had been divided into 6 areas all of which demonstrated soybean at different phases of growth. In each of these areas, Presentation Panels were designed and installed to display the content and numerous plinths were placed in the field for additional display items.
growth. This was then brought to life further when delegates were transferred to what had once been a sterile, non-descript conference room and for the purposes of the event had been transformed into a space that echoed and resonated an actual sugar cane field.
To complete the experience the delegate party were given a tour of the sugar mill itself, followed by a trip to a nearby sugar cane field, and finally leaving the taste of sugar behind them they boarded the charter flight back to Sao Paulo.
We look forward to what 2014 has in-store.
