Built in the early 19th Century as a secure bonded warehouse for the receipt and storage of tobacco, Tobacco Dock re-launched in 2012, with it's new owners developing this incredible space (comprising over 16,000m2 over two floors) to create London’s newest and most flexible events’ venue.
The courtyard can host food stalls, barbecues, outdoor seating and even screen sporting events. Guests can circulate between the courtyard and Quayside Bar - an old art nouveau pub that is full of character - boasting high ceilings with timber beams, a built in bar & toilet facilities. It is also the perfect place for a band to play and dance the night away. Sadly we both had trains to catch, otherwise that dance floor would have been hit!
